Deeper Detox: In a Nutshell

Phase 1: Decreasing Exposures
We’ll focus on reducing toxic inputs, nourishing with targeted nutrition, and building daily routines that restore balance and vitality. Using the Deeper Detox framework, you’ll learn how to calm inflammation, strengthen your gut and nervous system, and increase energy — without crash diets, or supplement overload. By the end of this phase, you'll have a better understanding of what detox is, what toxins are, and how to minimize exposures.

Phase 2: Improving Elimination
You’ll begin by activating and supporting your body’s drainage pathways — gut, liver, kidneys, cells, lymph — so toxins and metabolic waste can be released. You'll learn how to use binders and other targeted supplements to properly eliminate toxins. By the end of this phase, your body will be primed for deeper healing, and you’ll already notice shifts in energy, clarity, digestion and overall resilience.

Phase 3: Increasing Capacity
Once symptoms begin to shift and your system is functioning more efficiently, we’ll discuss the role of the nervous system in detoxification and explore ways to leverage it to enhance the body’s detox processes. We’ll also touch on more advanced detox approaches that can help increase your tolerance and ability to manage environmental exposures—ultimately allowing us to address deeper root issues in your unique health journey.
